We start with gathering some information about you and scheduling an initial visit. Where we’ll get to know about:

  • Health conditions and health habits

  • Important people in your support system

Then we’ll perform a fitness or movement assessment to and create a plan that starts to fit into your life and move you toward your goals. This may include:

This service is great for people who want to exercise or create a routine, but want or need:

  • Support due to a mobility or health issue

  • Services in their home

  • Accountability and tailored programming

It’s also great for people who are discharged from PT but want continued support.

We regularly work with people with health issues like dementia, Parkinson’s disease, osteoporosis and more.
