Dr. Aubrey Jabour knows that the healthcare system is broken, and that’s why it is her goal to keep her community from needing to spend precious time and resources on preventable pain and injuries. Her goal is to help people move their best so they can continue to do the activities which are meaningful to them.

She seeks to meet people and organizations where they are (literally and figuratively!) with holistic and goal-oriented services.

In her free time she enjoys hiking, yoga, traveling, learning, and advocating for better health policies with the American Physical Therapy Association of Michigan.

She named her business “Northbound” as it evokes a positive directional change and is the direction many people travel to reach the desirable and treasured Northern Michigan region.

Dr. Sue Arthur, PT, DPT has more than 30 years of experience as a physical therapist with a long career working in the school setting with pediatric patients with a variety of diagnoses. Dr. Arthur provides both pediatric and senior house calls and virtual visits with Northbound.

She shares Northbound’s vision and passion for meeting people where they are with specific, goal-oriented interventions to improve happiness, function, independence, purpose, and overall quality of life.
