Caring for others can be physically, emotionally, and mentally demanding.
A common refrain in the caregiving world is “you have to care for yourself before you can care for someone else”. Our training is designed with that in mind. We help caregivers care for themselves as they care for others to build confidence in their skill set that can support burnout.

Online training is great because it’s accessible and convenient, but sometimes in person connection and skill practice is what your team needs!
Northbound offers in-person services around the state of Michigan to help your team practice the hands-on or communication skills required in direct care work.
