Join us in a proactive approach to improving and staying fit as you get older and working with someone who understands your unique needs and always works with you toward your goals.
These programs are designed to be delivered on a long term basis (3 months minimum)
How it works:
Initial Consultation ($300)
Select the right program and duration for you

Supportive
Let us act like your preventative support team. After your initial consultation, we will check in quarterly to see if you remain on track with your fitness and mobility goals, provide education if needed, and tweak things as necessary. This package includes 3 additional sessions to book as needed for when things come up.
Ideal for people:
-Who are largely happy with their mobility and want to prevent loss.
-Are self-motivated in completing their physical activity.
-Have good management (or assist in management of) of their health conditions.

Standard
A weekly session to keep you on track in addressing your weakest areas and in your independent exercise.

Intensive
Get more done with intensive work 3 times weekly. This can be a great way to start things off before moving into a less intensive program, or ideal for a person:
-with Dementia, Parkinson's disease
-who want or need someone else to keep them motivated
-working toward a focused goal like travel
