New pain

New onset of pain can result after an injury or seem to come out of no where. Your physical therapist has the skills to assess how to address your pain.

After Injury or overuse

Whatever the cause of your injury is a one time event or developed over time, your physical therapist knows how to address healing tissues and what they need to recover optimally.

Unknown cause

Pain can seem to come out of nowhere! Sometimes people attribute pain to “getting older”, but physical therapists know that pain does not come out of nowhere. It is our goal to find the root cause and address it.

CHronic pain

Regardless of how long you have had pain there is always a strategy that can be implemented to work to reduce pain and improve function.

Generalized pain

Chronic conditions and autoimmune diseases can be associated with generalized body pain. Your physical therapist can help you implement strategies for managing pain long term. A holistic approach means your therapist will also promote other non-movement lifestyle behaviors that can help reduce pain.

Old injury

An injury or pain that has been present for a long time can linger and eventually limit function or start to cause pain in other areas. Just because an injury is old does not mean your pain cannot decrease. Our bodies are resilient.
