We accept some insurance plans, but not all. This helps keep administrative costs efficient & provide a high level of service.

We know insurance is confusing and tricky and will do our best to help you understand what to expect. To better understand what your insurance benefits are please see the list of questions in FAQ.

In/Out of Network

  • Even if we are not in your network you may have out-of-network physical therapy benefits with your carrier and be eligible for full or partial coverage.

  • Even if we are in your network, you may have a co-pay or be responsible for your full balance or deductible before benefits are active or if your insurance denies your claim.

  • If we are not in your network, cash pay is available.

*Patient must meet criteria for homebound status to receive in-home coverage with this carrier.

It is a patient’s (or their guardian’s) responsibility to know their benefits.

As a courtesy, we may provide a benefits check to attempt to help reduce financial suprises.

If you are out of network or do not have out of network benefits, cash pay services are an option. Upon request, you can be delivered a detailed bill for which you can submit to your insurance company. For some individuals they are able to receive partial reimbursement for PT services. See FAQ for more information.

Payment is due at the time of service and available via cash or check.
