Fitness

  • VIP service from your home that is tailored to your specific goals.

Service Area Includes Traverse City and the surrounding areas as available.

Who is this service for?

We work with all ages but our clients are typically over 50 years old.

As this service is provided by a physical therapist we are well-versed in helping people with health conditions including but not limited to: arthritis, Parkinson’s Disease, and history of stroke.

We often work with people who have been discharged from PT but need continued support or do not do well with continuing their home exercises on their own.

How it works

  • Fitness Assessment

We always start by determining where your strength, stamina, and stability are relative to your specific goal.

  • Plan

Then we create a plan and an expected time frame for achieving your goals. Most of our clients book about 8 sessions but some work with us year round.

What will we do?

That all depends on your goal and what elements of strength, stamina or stability you need to improve to get there. We create our plan to be as reasonable and achievable as possible to ensure success.

If you need to work on building the stability and stamina to walk the golf course or the strength to hoist grandkids up into your arms; we’ll tailor a program just to that.

If equipment is needed, we bring it along. We’ll often use things you already have.
